The product demo uses fictional jobs. Do not enter customer records, passwords, payment details or sensitive business information.
What is saved
When you save, your company name, colors, crew names, selected features, connection requests and setup notes are stored on this site’s server. Approving a preview creates a separate, fixed copy of that configuration and its historical software price, where applicable. New guided trial requests do not approve a payment. Sample job edits and sample photos remain in page memory and disappear when you reset or reload.
Trial requests
When website email alerts are enabled, Resend sends our sales inbox a request reference and a link to the private review page. The alert does not include your submitted contact details or notes.
Submitting a guided trial request stores your name, company, contact details, notes, selected configuration and any campaign labels in the page link. GHP Field uses these to review your request and contact you about setup. This does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Requests are available to the authorized business owner in a private administration inbox. They do not create a customer workspace, begin a trial or charge a payment. A confirmation email is not currently sent.
Your private preview
A secure browser cookie provides access to your saved configuration for 30 days from creation. This is not a company account. Anyone using the same browser profile may access it. Clearing the cookie removes this browser’s access; download your configuration if you want to restore it elsewhere. Expired cookie access does not automatically delete the server record.
Optional website analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures visits to this public sales website, opening the demo and successful trial requests. It uses a browser identifier and receives technical information about your visit. Our events do not include your contact details, company or crew names, saved configuration, notes or private field-service records. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals in this setup.
Optional tracking starts only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Use Cookie preferences at the bottom of any page to change your choice. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and removes this site’s analytics cookies; it does not erase reports already collected. Your choice and analytics cookie last up to 180 days. Detailed event and user data in Analytics are retained for 14 months; aggregated reports may remain longer. Essential preview cookies work independently.
AI and payments
If the AI assistant is connected and you ask it for a suggestion, your setup and request are sent to OpenAI to generate that suggestion. Nothing is applied until you choose to apply it. Purchasing is currently closed. When enabled, Stripe handles payment details on its checkout page. A verified payment will be used to activate an isolated company workspace and send its access invitation through the configured provisioning service.
Contact and deletion
Email ghpweb@gmail.com to request deletion or ask about your information. You can also erase this browser’s saved draft and approvals below. Trial requests require a separate deletion request by email; paid order records, if any, require separate handling. Necessary hosting access records and rate-limiting records may be retained. Contact links open your own email application; they do not send a message automatically.
